La Oveja Negra Manchego Semi Curado - this cheese is made from black Manchega sheep's milk aged for three months and is sweet and creamy 
Valdeon Picos de Europa - a blue cheese produced in northwestern Spain and made all year round with cow or goat’s milk or a mixture of both
